Excellent product! Pain relief was noticeable within 10-20 minutes. I've had chronic thumb and wrist pain for about 4 years from my work and the relief was nothing short of "I can't believe this!" I'm reserved in my judgment on products till I use them on myself before I suggest them to my clients. This will certainly be a product I will not hesitate to suggest.
My husband has a back fusion and gets stiffness and pain in his low back and hips. He also had shoulder surgery a number of years ago. He recently injured the shoulder again and was quite concerned that he may require some medical attention. He was unable to use that arm to pick anything up and was not able to lift the arm at all. This is day 3 and he is lifting his arm over his head and using the arm. The back and hips have much greater range of motion and the stiffness and pain have lessened a great degree. We certainly know it's not a cure all but it definitely decreased the pain by quite a bit, to the point where it's not constantly noticeable and it's not interfering in everyday activities. Will be keeping this on hand at all times. We did use it neat at first and then I mixed it with frankencense and a carrier oil, according to directions on the bottle, which gave it a greater range of coverage. Highly recommend.

Combine 1 drop each of Copaiba Oleoresin, Black Pepper, and Coriander added to 1-2 tsp of carrier oil or lotion makes a soothing chest rub. |
Add 2 drops Copaiba Oleoresin and 2 drops Frankincense Serrata to 1 tsp of your favorite Plant Therapy carrier oil and massage on sore areas of the body to ease aches and pains associated with normal aging or wear and tear. |

Traditional Treatment for the Untraditional
This is the best purchase I've made when it comes to essential oils. And it was completely by mistake. I thought I was getting a christmas tree smell for my ultrasonic diffuser. But i didn't read and then this product came in as if by fate. I was set to return it and after some research decided to keep it. This product has been used in traditional medicine for hundreds of years and by ancient tribes for much longer. It has incredible anti-inflammatory, anti-viral qualities. I've added it to my all natural lotion along with magnesium oil and lavender for muscle ache relief. It also tightens your skin, just be sure to use a carrier oil. I use it on my face with fractionated coconut oil and you can feel your face tighten within moments. Then I dab excess off so I don't look greasy :) It opens up your lungs and is great for anyone suffering from a cold or respiratory illness and disease. Just add it to your ultrasonic diffuser. I use it at night when sleeping and I feel like I sleep deeper, dream better, and wake up refreshed. I'm very pleased with this product.
